## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动说负责指标的业绩达成、制定经营策略，明确落地动作，追踪活动量、定期分析总结
- 调研一线在开展业务过程中遇到的问题和卡点，形成解决方案并推动落地
- 负责场景化获客行业产品方案建设与管理
- 上级交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 有一线工作经验及营销经验，熟悉银行理财、客户经营等产能及业务流程，有同业中台推动岗位经验者优先
- 具备良好的项目管理及跨部门沟通协调能力
- 性格开朗、责任心强，风险与合规意识突出
