## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司日常行政事务、办公环境及后勤保障。
- 做好公文流转、印章与证照管理。
- 管理固定资产、办公用品采购与领用。

### 完成人事相关工作
- 入职、考勤、档案、社保等。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 工作经验
- 1-3 年人事行政相关工作经验，有证券同行业工作经验者优先。

### 行政能力
- 具备良好的行政事务处理能力，能有效协调公司内部各部门之间的工作关系；负责公司各类文件、档案的管理工作，确保文件资料的安全和完整；组织安排公司会议、活动，做好会议记录和跟进落实工作。

### 沟通协调
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、责任心和团队合作精神，能够按时、高质量地完成各项工作任务；具备较强的执行力，能够严格按照公司的规章制度和领导的要求开展工作。
