岗位职责
- 贯彻分公司整体市场营销政策，对本机构客户市场进行调研分析；
- 落实中支公司专项市场策划及各险种销售推动的组织和指导；
- 监控、推动及督导渠道及四级机构业务指标的达成及追踪；
- 贯彻落实分公司客户销售管理、续保管理制度；
- 配合中支公司及所属机构各渠道、机构销售管理工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年团非产品支持岗工作经验，
