## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务追踪
- 完善现有团体报表体系，开展商机和业务追踪，对核心指标及过程活动量进行监测、分析及建议；

### 营销支持
- 负责团体业务推动方案的宣导、追踪，业务活动的制定、策划、宣导、追踪实施，并合理控制经营成本；

### 业务督导
- 定期组织周会/月会，督导业务单位；

### 营销规划
- 负责制定团体业务年度目标规划、发展策略、行动方案，撰写分析报告；

### 同业研究
- 当地市场主要竞对及竞品情况收集与分析；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科，学士学位以上学历，具备团体业务推动经验者优先；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂问题；
- 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件；
- 适应快节奏的工作环境，具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
