## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机。
- 掌握政、农招标信息，制作标书，参与竞标。
- 负责农业保险中标区域承保工作，推进农险双精准数字地图建设及精准承保理赔应用落地。
- 管控业务品质。
- 负责承保档案的完整性、真实性。
- 农商险业务需求调研、计提及业务拓展，有销售业绩要求。
- 协保人员管理，推动协保人员做好农险协办工作和农商险业务拓展，包括但不限于农险组织、宣传、承保、查勘及相关资料的收集等。
- 线上化推广，推动队伍利用创保网APP等移动端工具开展协办工作，按照承保理赔要求将资料上传至指定系统，提高承保、理赔线上化率。
- 负责处理突发性情况，如农户上诉、上访时的维稳工作，同业恶意投诉、抹黑的问题处理等。
- 公司要求的其他事项。 任职资格 本科及以上；有较强的学习能力、有较好的沟通能力等
