## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据不同的线上、线下信贷产品形态，结合产品设计，制定贷前贷中风控流程、风控政策与策略；协助（或独立）制定反欺诈策略；
- 根据产品及风控的需要，梳理并提出内外部数据需求；评估外部第三方数据的合规性、有效性、稳定性；
- 负责风控流程、风控政策、风控模型在业务系统及决策引擎的布署及测试，并根据需要协助撰写风险业务系统需求；
- 监控产品的风险表现，对风险数据进行分析，对风控流程、风控政策与策略、风控模型的效果进行持续评估并进行优化；
- 上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、工程、金融、经济、管理类等专业毕业； 2. 3-10年相关工作经验，具有优秀的逻辑和数据分析能力； 3. 熟悉线上+线下全风险流程经验，包括但不限于业务逻辑、风险策略分析、系统建设等；精通贷前贷中风控流程、风控政策和策略的制定及优化； 4. 具有大额无抵押信贷产品风控经验者优先。
