## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务承揽
- 负责广东区域内客户拓展与维护，可借助集团内、外部渠道与客户建立紧密的联系，打造公司在区域内的投行业务影响力；

### 需求分析
- 负责深度挖掘客户债权、股权融资需求，协同产品团队为客户提供综合解决方案，参与产品方案策划、可行性分析、负责项目推进等具体工作；

### 客户维护
- 维护核心客户，积极响应客户需求，增强客户粘性，善于利用内外部资源拓展新客户。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、财务、法律等相关专业优先；
- 具备投行项目资源和市场拓展能力，有一定谈判、沟通技巧和项目筛选能力；
- 从事投行、类投行工作2年以上，过往有成功承揽项目或承做经验者优先。
