## Job description

岗位职责

### 人员培育及日常运营
- 通过线上培训、直播、沙龙等方式持续赋能线上代理人，同步做好随身易代理人互动平台各类日常运营，提升产能

### 销售推动
- 推动随身易代理人、渠道提升销售业绩，完成销售目标

### 销售支持
- 协助处理随身易代理人契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪

### 拓展拉新
- 寻找市面上符合随身易平台需求的人员、平台并进行洽谈跟进，促成签约
- 完成上级主管交待的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专学历
- 具备线上社群运营经验者优先，具有保险行业销售支持、销售推动工作经验者优先
- 积极主动，抗压能力强，具备客户思维，学习及沟通表达能力强
