## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责市场开拓及对公产品营销，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下达成任务指标；
- 维护客户关系，及时推广我行新业务和最适合客户的业务，保证与价值客户的长期合作；
- 撰写授信申请报告，对信贷风险进行分析、预警和控制，确保授信业务资产质量，对经管的客户进行日常的贷后检查，包括日常走访、填写检查报告，密切关注授信企业，若有重大预警事项等应及时上报。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有2年及以上银行公司业务营销经验；
- 具有优秀的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力；
- 具有较强的营销意识、沟通能力和市场拓展能力；
- 熟悉公司业务操作流程及金融产品，具有良好的财务分析、风险识别和市场开拓能力，掌握相关行业信息与发展动态。
