## Job description

### 岗位职责 在遵守合规和风险管理的前提下，负责开拓并维护普惠金融业务，具体要求如下
- 结合自身资源禀赋，开拓落地各类普惠客群、相关业务场景项目，达成考核指标
- 熟悉掌握适配普惠客群的我行产品，维护客户关系，做好综合经营。
- 落实合规及风险管理贷前、贷中、贷后相关工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 较强的市场营销能力或潜力，有本地商圈、产业链上下游、商会资源者优先
- 具备对公、普惠业务3年及以上工作经验优先（行外）
- 从业历史记录佳，贷款质量良好，无不良信用记录，无监管机构金融违规记录，符合合规要求
