## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成分行下达的业务部门KPI考核指标和工作任务；
- 根据分行的业务规划与目标，承担团队的营销管理职责，进行市场开拓、业务营销以及客户关系维护等工作；
- 组织团队成员合规、有序地开展各项工作，完成业务尽职调查、业务报审及贷后管理等工作，具有风险识别与防控意识。 任职资格
- 遵纪守法，诚信负责，勤奋务实，具有良好的心理素质和抗压能力；
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、会计、法律、经济等相关专业优先；
- 具有5年以上银行相关工作经历，具备良好的业务素养，熟悉银行公司业务产品及业务流程；
- 熟悉本地市场或机构金融，具备较强的营销能力、沟通协调能力及执行能力，拥有丰富市场资源者优先；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录。
