## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责带领团队拓展行业、商圈客群，推动零售信贷、普惠等指标达成，做可持续的客户经营；
- 负责管理团队，建立团队内部有效的内控、监督方法，并有效执行；
- 寻找、吸引优秀人才，组建队伍，并通过培训、目标及活动量管理等有效方式提升客户经理的产能、业务和服务水平，保持团队业务稳健发展。 任职资格
- 具备零售贷款、普惠、对公相关工作经验；
- 具备较强的意志力和耐力，主动面对挑战和变化，并快速适应；
- 具备执行力强、良好工作习惯、目标导向及抗压能力。
