## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对所辖团队的整体管理，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下开展业务；
- 负责达成所辖团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格 1.全日制本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上市场开拓经验，3年以上营销管理经验，有较强的市场感知能力，能敏锐把握市场动态； 3.具备优秀的市场开拓能力，资源整合能力和业务推动能力，团队组织、管理及协调能力； 4.职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无行业不良记录，有较强的事业心和进取精神。
