## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析业务团队特点，制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，提供高水平的服务；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成团队业务发展目标，维持团队成员稳定性，搭建快速和可持续发展平台；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 银行零售业务从业经验5年及以上，市场开拓及服务营销能力强，团队管理经验3年及以上；
- 持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
