## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、风险管理核心工作

1、反洗钱事务：负责履职信息维护、合规名单筛查及管控、客户风险评级、可2、疑交易监测上报、司法案件录入跟进、专项排查数据收集及培训材料准备 3、风险监测：声誉风险舆情监控、操作风险事件录入、重大风险事件系统报送 4、风控体系建设：组织年度风险自评估、追踪月度风险指标整改、撰写风险提示案例等宣导材料、打造风控合规文化

### 统筹文件流转
- 收发登记、归档管理、信息报送

### 工会事务管理
- 组织工会换届、策划员工活动、发展会员、定期向上级工会报送工作信息
- 完成部门日常行政事务及合规风控岗交办的其他支持性工作 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科，学士学位以上学历，金融/保险/法律/审计相关专业优先

### 经验
- 1年以上保险/金融机构风控、合规或内审经验优先，熟悉反洗钱监管要求

### 能力
- 细心高效，能多线程处理事务性工作；熟练使用Excel/Word/PPT；沟通协作能力强

### 素质
- 责任心强，学习敏捷，认同合规文化，服从团队安排
