## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责设计和优化风控策略，包括授信、反欺诈、额度策略等
- 与业务、产品、技术团队沟通协作，负责风控策略线上化、自动化部署
- 负责日常数据取数、回溯分析，并给出规则调优方案
- 负责策略监控以及策略监控报表的设计与调优 任职资格
- 拥有3年及以上银行、租赁、信托等汽融/小微/保理业务审查、政策制定、资产分析经验 ；
- 熟知风险管理基础理论，有较强数据分析能力，能够结合数据和业务经验，对资产状况进行评估，对未来行业走势有一定研判能力 ；
- 具备优秀的沟通、协调能力，能够将数据、经验进行凝练和概括，向各个层级对象展示。工作热情高，能够针对出现的问题提出针对性的解决方案；
- 抗压能力强，对待工作认真负责，能够联动各个方共同研究解决方案，并推动方案落地。
