## Job description

岗位职责 1．积极参与厅堂服务工作，负责厅堂业务受理、业务分流等各项工作； 2．根据客户需求，为客户提供对公、零售各类产品服销支持，不断提升客户在我行的总资产； 3．严格执行国家法律法规、监管政策、会计核算政策以及行内各项规章制度和业务流程，正确处理各类会计事项，严禁违规、逆流程和越权办理业务； 4．积极参加运营/服务/服销等培训及考试，提高业务素质和业务处理综合能力； 5．贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。
- 从事理财投资、理财经理3年以上工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先。熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先。
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法。
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避原则。
