## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合开展各项业务推动工作，定期追踪检视进展，推动各业务项目落地；
- 提供各项业务支持，制定和追踪分阶段行销支持、激励方案等；
- 充分学习和融会贯通公司各条线类产品，支持业务前线根据客户需求设计适销方案；

### 配合团队的日常管理工作，包含
- 会议组织、团队培训、团建活动等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济、金融、市场营销类优先；
- 具备一定的亲和力，能快速融入团队；
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具备高度自驱力；
- 有金融从业经验者优先考虑。
