## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行对公授信业务初审工作，揭示授信业务关键风险点，提出风险控制措施、初审意见和融资方案；
- 参与经营单位贷前调查、授信方案设计；
- 参与分行审贷会授信项目审议工作；
- 与上级审批部门沟通协调，配合总、分行、监管、人行相关测评、调研等工作；
- 负责相关授信业务贷前调查知识培训；
- 开展评级审核、征信查询、对经营单位调查质量考核评价、审批类数据统计分析等工作；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上授信审批工作经验，具备机构对公营销岗位工作经验者优先；
- 思维缜密，判断性强，具备较强的责任心和良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
