## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户接触中心系统平台资源管理（号码、IVR、中继、席位等）；
- 负责系统及资源投入的监控及合理性审核；
- 负责制定系统类、技术类产品，咨询服务的定价策略；
- 负责技术成本发生的核算；
- 领导交付的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上技术产品（偏智能领域）售前经验；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力；
- 具有优秀的结构化思维及表达能力，能撰写PPT进行项目报告；
- 具有优秀的沟通表达、用户需求分析和理解能力；
- 擅长使用工具、方法推动各项工作；
- 工作细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，高度的责任感，较强的适应、沟通、表达能力
- 具有客户接触平台技术工作经验优先
