## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据下达的销售任务拟定年度和月度计划，并按时完成；
- 积极拓展非车业务，维护团体客户； 2. 拓展新客户和新业务，并对现有业务进行二次开发；
- 及时收取保费，减少应收，提高保单续保率；
- 填写工作日志，按时参加早会、夕会及分公司组织的各类培训、会议；
- 递送保单以及为客户提供相应的售后服务；
- 领导交办的其他事务。 任职资格 1.大专以上学历，有1-3年团体渠道客户经理工作经验，条件优秀者可放宽要求； 2. 有非车资源者优先（财产险、雇主险、船舶险、工程险、诉责险等），或有关银行、政府及大型企业资源者优先。
