## Job description

岗位职责
- 行业和股票研究，负责跟踪宏观、中观、微观相关信息和数据，对所负责的板块/行业/个股进行深入研究，并构建股票池；
- 投研报告撰写，在深入研究基础上，对行业及重点上市公司进行基本面分析和调研，撰写研究报告，为投资决策提供支持；
- 渠道和产品端配合，结合产品发行和持续营销需求，配合渠道端和产品端完成投策策略材料拟定、路演宣传等；
- 收集信息、数据统计，投资日常相关的信息采集和分析，以及相关数据统计等。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、数学等专业，具备复合专业背景优先；
- 具有2年或以上工作经验，主动权益方向，具有公私募基金研究经历或研究所研究经历优先；
- 具备证券从业资格和基金从业资格；
- 熟练使用办公软件、Wind等，会使用VBA、Python者优先；
- 有较强的沟通能力、学习能力、理解能力和逻辑分析能力，具备良好团队合作精神和自驱力。
