## Job description

岗位职责
- 围绕银行借记卡支付业务和功能，制定运营策略及计划，并推动实施；
- 负责运营活动的策划和上线推广，数据分析并检视运营效果，完成复盘和方案优化等全运营流程；
- 负责建设和监控支付运营等各项指标，赋能分行运营场景和工具搭建；
- 对接外部合作机构，搭建新场景和新运营玩法，协同达成运营目标；
- 洞察竞品和行业动态，研究运营技巧，借鉴并调整运营策略、活动内容。 任职资格
- 本科或以上学历，需要具有支付行业、互联网平台、银行同业从业背景；
- 熟悉支付、财务、消保相关法律法规和监管要求；
- 具备优秀的数据统计分析能力，善于分析数据变化趋势，并给出优化思路；商业敏感度高，有较丰富的项目或产品的研究经验；
- 对运营有浓厚兴趣并志愿从事相关岗位。
