## Job description

岗位职责

### 制定 AI 转型路线图
- 智能财富规划持续建设、直面客户的智能体营销、研发智能辅助三条线并进的优先级与节奏

### 双向翻译
- 把业务团队的需求翻译成 AI 可落地的场景；把 AI 的能力与边界翻译成业务听得懂的语言

### 能力边界判断
- 决定哪些场景用 AI、哪些场景 AI 反而更糟；防止团队陷入技术炫技

### 带队
- 4 名成员的方向管理、能力培养、协作机制；小团队靠 leader 的判断力放大战斗力 任职资格
- 保险/金融行业 5年以上，整体工作年限10年及以上，理解寿险/代理人/银保/客户相关的核心工作流

### 过去 12 个月以上高强度 AI 实践
- 自建过智能体 / 多 Agent 系统 / AI 工作流
- 有跨部门推动变革的成功经历
