## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展零售信贷资产质量分析，找出影响资产质量因素，提出管控方案，供决策参考；
- 收集和整理风险相关数据，使用基本工具分析数据开展多维度的风险监测；
- 组织和实施零售信贷业务的风险预警、贷后资金流向排查以及行内外各类风险排查工作，及时完成检查发现问题的整改督导及跟踪；
- 组织开展零售信贷问题授信业务的债务重组和催清收工作；
- 组织开展零售信贷不良业务履职排查工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上的银行信贷管理工作经验，且个人信用记录及从业记录良好；
- 熟悉相关经济、金融及有关法律法规、监管政策以及银行基本风险管理制度及规定；
- 具备较强的执行能力，对风险、合规等方面有一定经验，有较强协调沟通能力、团队合作能力；
- 熟练运用风险计量、分析评估等相关风险管理工具。
