## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助业务部总监，统筹完成业务推动及客户服务；
- 统筹完成业务部新保与重新投保业务的服务工作；
- 直接负责百万级大客户服务，及管理客户经理企业客户的常规服务，包括理赔报告制作及解读、保全、理赔、咨诉等工作支持，按时完成知鸟平台的相关的培训与考试；
- 与相关部门沟通协调；
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。

### 任职资格 教育背景

大学本科及以上学历，英语能力需达到CET-6及以上水平，能够熟练进行英语沟通和书面表达； 工作经验：具备3年及以上客户服务或相关领域工作经验，且有服务百万级以上客户的直接管理经验（不少于5家）； 技能要求：熟练掌握各类办公软件，具备数据分析能力，能够独立完成数据整理与分析报告； 职业素养：具备优秀的服务意识和职业态度，具备跨部门协作与人际沟通能力，同时具备团队辅导与培训能力。
