## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户风险规划
- 对接企业或个人，开展全面风险排查与需求分析，结合客户收入、经营场景，量身定制保险保障方案。

### 业务运营维护
- 定期与保险公司核对账目、结算经纪费，管理应收和应付款项，维护好与客户、保险公司的合作关系。

### 开拓业务渠道
- 依托公司渠道资源及个人资源，开拓保险经纪业务发展渠道，完成团队既定业务目标，挖掘新增业务增长点。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销、经济、法律等相关专业，在自媒体运营、英语表达或其他方面特别优秀者优先。

### 年龄
- 22-35周岁，形象端正、谈吐得体，无不良从业记录、无征信问题，遵守行业合规准则。

### 能力
- 具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析及谈判能力，能精准捕捉客户需求，学习能力强，可快速掌握各类保险产品及业务流程。

### 素质
- 诚信正直、责任心强、自驱力高，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神，有长期从业规划、创业思维者优先。 具有银行、保险等金融工作经验及客户资源者优先，特别优秀者可以放宽至大专。
