## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助规划和落实团体业务管理体系，拟定年度、季度、月度业务推动计划，总结规划业务管理问题，合理控制经营成本；
- 负责团体业务推动方案的宣导、追踪，业务活动的制定、策划、宣导、追踪实施；
- 根据业务需要，制作各阶段业绩分析报告和相关报表，及时跟踪业务团队和销售人员业绩状况，诊断和改善其活动管理；
- 为机构的团体及中介渠道销售人员提供相关培训支持。 任职资格 1、35周岁以下，本科及以上学历； 2、具备人身险团体业务5年以上推动经验，具备同业团体业务管理经验，且业绩规模达到2000万以上者优先； 3、具备并掌握风险管控、产能管控、利润管控等专业能力和工具方法； 4、熟稔监管政策，接受过合规系统培训；
- 具备职业经理人必备的办公化逻辑输出和结构规划能力。
