## Job description

岗位职责

### 了解客户的需求
- 服务高净值客户，洞察客户财务状况、投资目标及风险偏好，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系。

### 量身定制资产配置方案
- 根据市场变化与客户需求，为客户提供涵盖理财、基金、保险、信托等多元化产品的综合资产配置方案。

### 做好投资后的跟进服务
- 进行投后服务，解答投资疑问。

### 保障客户权益
- 严格遵守监管规定及银行规章制度，防范销售风险与合规风险，保障客户合法权益。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上。
- 具备丰富的金融产品知识和产品理解能力，熟悉资产配置的基本原理。
- 具备银行等金融行业销售类工作1年及以上经验，或其他行业2年及以上销售经验。
- 具备主动拓客意识、有亲和力、擅于倾听、能够快速建立客户信任，获悉客户需求，把握好促成时机。
- 不得有违规违法记录。
