## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责统筹公司年度预算的编制，推动解决年度预算过程中的问题，完成与集团、各相关团队的沟通；
- 负责每月的滚动预测和预实偏差分析，识别预测执行过程中的风险，月度完成预算执行报告，监控预算执行；
- 负责建立多维度投产分析体系，推动投产考核评价，为管理层决策提供支持；
- 负责建立分中心、事业部、分产品、分项目的投产分析模型，定期提供投产分析报告。
- 及时完成领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格
- 财会相关专业优先，需有一定的财务知识和背景，会计事务所或互联网行业相关工作背景优先；
- 能够熟练掌握OFFICE各项办公软件，具有管理会计经验及较好的报告撰写能力优先；
- 具有较强的经营管理及投产管理意识，较强的逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力；
- 有活力，有创新和团队合作精神；
- 具备CIMA或者IPA资质尤佳。
