## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售支持
- 提供企业年金受托、投资业务的销售支持，为业务团队与渠道提供相关培训，协助进行产品路演介绍、解答相关问题

### 技术支持
- 结合客户需求设计企业年金方案，制作标书和述标材料，参加年金项目投标

### 资产管理与投资分析
- 为受托、投资客户提供投资绩效分析、投管人分析、市场展望等专业报告

### 沟通协调
- 协调总部及分公司各部门对年金业务的支持，定期就投资组合管理情况与投管人进行沟通访谈，分析总结组合管理情况 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，经济、金融类专业优先
- 了解企业年金基础知识，掌握相关分析技能，熟悉国内年金市场和相关法律法规
- 有大型项目管理经验，5年以上金融/保险机构从业经历者优先
- 具有良好的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力
