## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定公司编制管控及招聘计划，分析评估招聘工作效果
- 负责管理和优化招聘渠道，负责高端岗位招聘和专项人才招聘，搭建全公司人才地图；
- 公司各部门招聘计划的管理，并推动达成，完成日常招聘实施等工作
- 根据公司战略规划和业务发展需求，在集团干部管理政策下持续完善干部管理机制及流程，负责干部管理规则制定、修改、报批等干部的任用管理；
- 通过对公司管理干部、核心骨干及人才等定期盘点、评估并建立干部潜才队伍，推动完善干部梯队及培养；
- 持续推动优化公司的职涯发展体系，并结合发展通道建立晋升规则并完成内部晋升选拔 4 结合公司业务发展及目标分解，追踪并检视干部绩效目标达成； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
- 有3-5年招聘管理岗（含高招）或干部管理工作经验；
- 具有出色的结构化思维、逻辑思维能力，推动影响、分析问题及解决问题能力；
- 结果导向、沟通及人际理解能力强。 执行力强，具有较强的管理及协调能力；
