## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责法律合规评审、诉讼等法律事务；
- 负责部门及条线内控合规管理，对接审计、操作风险、法律合规等审计和检查事宜；
- 负责牵头对接部门或条线的各类审计、检查，以及内外部检查及审计发现问题的整改跟进，对分行进行合规培训、业务指导与内控合规检查；
- 负责建设内控合规监测体系，制定合规专项检查方案，并开展现场或非现场内控合规检查、排查；
- 负责对重点领域、风险易发业务领域开展合规专项检查并出具合规管理建议，强化二道防线风险防控；
- 负责参与各类违规行为的责任认定调查并出具意见。 任职资格
- 法律本科（含）以上学历，中共党员优先；
- 通过法考（含律师资格考试），具备国家统一法律职业资格证书（含律师资格考试资格证书）优先；
- 具备两年以上银行业务相关工作经验，有在金融机构法律合规部门工作经验者优先考虑；
- 具有良好的抗压能力，能够独立处理法律事务，熟悉各种办公软件，文字功底扎实；
- 具备较强的责任心和团队精神、良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、分析归纳能力、数据分析能力；
- 品行端正、工作主动性强，积极向上。
