## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分解落实总分行下达的票据业务发展计划和经营目标，牵头制定年度工作计划，并组织实施和推动；
- 统筹管理分行票据直贴业务的营销、培训、考核等，强化直转联动进行票据业务拓展；
- 建立和完善分行内部票据业务内控管理体系，加强内部合规工作，并组织推动及监督管理。 任职资格
- 具有5年及以上银行业票据业务（含直贴、转贴）相关经验；
- 熟悉国家经济、金融方针政策，人行及监管机构对银行票据业务的要求，熟悉票据业务产品知识及操作流程；
- 金融、经济、财务等相关专业大学本科及以上学历；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，在银行业或监管机构无不良记录；
- 具有较强的团队建设、市场拓展及营销管理能力，与内外部合作单位保持良好沟通。
