## Job description

岗位职责 落实公司商业养老金业务发展战略，开展商业养老金产品渠道对接、产品推广、销售服务等相关工作。

### 渠道管理
- 负责与银行分支机构建立渠道合作联系，维护渠道关系，深耕渠道经营。

### 产品推广
- 对所在银行渠道开展政策宣讲、产品推介，完成商养业务开拓目标。

### 销售服务
- 落实团队各类营销计划，创造商机、巩固关系，提升服务质量。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业；
- 具备2年以上寿险银保渠道管理经验与关系资源者优先。
- 具备银行零售团队管理经验者优先。
