岗位职责
- 负责处理消金电话、在线等渠道投诉案件进行客户关系维护减少客户外诉
- 进行客户关系维护减少客户外诉 任职资格 1、18-35岁 2、本科及以上学历；
- 普通话标准，具备较强的沟通谈判及抗压能力；有客服意识，有客诉经验优先
