## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究监管政策及同业动态，结合公司策略制定产品举措
- 洞悉客户需求及市场趋势，构思产品创意并调研论证，完成产品设计研发
- 组织前后线部门完成产品规则制订、系统开发及上市准备
- 支持产品培训及推动，追踪产品上市后销量及问题，开展产品优化升级 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业
- 对人寿产品的开发或研究有兴趣，善于观察和调研，具备提炼业务员、客户需求的能力
- 具备团队合作精神，较强的抗压能力、策划及总结归纳能力，沟通协调、项目推动能力强，能积极主动承担各项工作，结果导向
- 性格开朗、外向、热情、爱好广泛
