## Job description

岗位职责

### 综拓渠道开发
- 开发综拓渠道资源，完成渠道拜访、谈判、签约、维护等工作。

### 综拓业务开展
- 负责落实下达的业绩目标，积极开发新客户，不断拓展综拓渠道业务，及时反馈本区域内的市场信息及客户需求，完成业绩任务。

### 属地化产品开发
- 配合总部综拓产品落地，并结合属地化特点，开展属地化综拓产品建议、设计、推广、培训、宣导。

### 市场活动
- 推动区域内的综拓业务市场活动，保证各类市场开发工作顺利推进。

### 服务承接及反馈
- 对当地综拓业务到检提供服务承接，如VIP客户检前事项协助、客服问题协调与反馈等。
- 高效完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 年龄35岁以下，大专及以上学历，专业不限；
- 过往具备平安内部综拓业务推动经验者更佳；
- 责任心强，结果导向强，具备敏感的市场触觉；
- 市场洞察力、数据分析能力、沟通协调能力。
