## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组建和管理个贷业务团队；
- 带领团队拓展本地零售贷款业务（含经营类、消费类产品）；
- 负责个贷客户经理的日常管理、销售推动、产能管理、业务培训、品质管理、资产质量管理等。 任职资格 1、2年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验，熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力； 2、具有多种实际市场开拓技能，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理建设及组织能力、综合经营能力； 3、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 本科及以上学历；
- 经济、金融、会计、法律、计算机等与岗位职责相关的专业；
- 无经商办企业或兼职行为；
- 无监管机构金融违规记录；
- 无亲属回避关系。
