## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团队平台（智能认证、反欺诈、图像质量检测）中AI模块的设计、开发与迭代。
- 根据需求适配大模型/小模型方案，完成模型选型、微调、评测与线上部署。
- 参与传统图像处理算法的维护与优化（目标检测、图像分割、OCR等），协助完成传统算法向AI方案升级。
- 构建RAG、Agent等AI应用架构，将大模型能力嵌入业务流程。
- 实现团队内部流程AI优化的环节，设计并实施自动化方案。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，计算机/人工智能/数学相关专业。 2、2-5年AI/算法相关开发经验，有至少一个AI产品从0到1落地的完整经历。 3、熟练掌握Python，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow至少一个深度学习框架。 4、熟悉SpringAI或者LangChain等应用开发框架，有大模型应用开发经验：RAG、Prompt Engineering、Agent、模型微调（LoRA/QLoRA等）至少实战过其中两项。 5、有计算机视觉（CV）项目经验：图像分类、目标检测、OCR、人脸相关；有金融行业（银行、保险、证券）项目经验 6、了解移动端AI部署（Android/iOS/鸿蒙端侧推理），有AI辅助研发工具的实际使用经验（ClaudeCode、Cursor、Trae等）。
