## Job description

岗位职责
- 寿险渠道业务推动，达成所负责片区业务目标；
- 辅导训练（产品培训）；
- 业务拓展；
- 续期业务推动及专业支持；
- 产品咨询及展业支持。 任职资格
- 保险、金融专业优先，本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融保险1年或其他经济工作2年以上；
- 具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强；
- 有寿险、健康险公司营销、督导、组训等工作经验的优先考虑；
- 具备扎实的保险理论知识，具有一定的数据分析整合能力，较强的语言表达、沟通协调能力。
