## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责车险生产调度，经营分析，产品推动，目标达成预警监控；
- 负责车险承保风险评估，分析客户情况并制定合理的定价策略；
- 定价能力建设，两核联动，入口成本监控
- 系统运营及合规质检；
- 与销售团队及客户保持沟通，提供核保支持及培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数据、金融专业优先；
- 具备主动思考，落地执行的能力；
- 熟悉个人车辆保险市场及客户需求，具备风险评估能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与销售团队及客户进行有效沟通；
- 具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能够适应保险行业的快速变化。
