## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动经营单位银保业务推动，总分行业务相关讯息积极有效传达宣导至一线队伍
- 对接经营单位日常活动量管理追踪、业务指标追踪、头部绩优追踪、客户盘点、银保赋能工作
- 对接经营单位银保相关产品队伍训练、沙龙组织、陪访培谈等工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 两年及以上相关工作经验
- 责任心强，抗压能力强，具有较强执行力、良好语言表达能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
- 遵纪守法、诚实守信、合规意识强，无违法违纪行为
