## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责北大医疗总部收发文管理，监督指导成员单位文件管理工作，确保总部及各成员单位收发文质量和效率。
- 撰写各类公文，包括领导讲话稿、对外发文、会议纪要等。
- 负责北大医疗邮箱在总部及各成员单位的推广使用。
- 负责OA系统及北大医疗邮箱的行政功能维护。
- 完善北大医疗采购管理制度及流程，参与指导并监督总部及各成员单位采购管理工作。
- 根据部门工作安排，随时补位，完成领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，中文、语言文学专业，中共党员。
- 具有良好的文笔功底和文学素养，熟悉公文书写规范，较强的公文书写能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力强。
- 踏实稳重、积极主动、责任心强。
- 具有采购管理经验。
- 有驾驶经验者优先。
