## Job description

岗位职责
- 聚焦芯片设计、设备材料、封测、晶圆制造、半导体零部件等上下游企业开发与深度经营。
- 为半导体科创企业提供配套等综合金融服务。
- 完成客户尽调、授信申报、方案落地、贷后管理，熟悉科创企业轻资产、高研发、高成长经营特征。
- 持续拓展苏州本地半导体产业园、科创载体、重点培育企业，建立分行半导体行业优质客户储备池。
- 熟悉半导体行业重投入、周期波动、技术迭代快等行业特征，精准把控授信风险。
- 上级交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.3 年及以上银行对公客户经理经验，有半导体、集成电路、科创硬科技行业服务经验优先。 3.熟悉科创企业授信政策，具备高新、专精特新、科技型企业独立尽调、项目落地能力。 4.拥有苏州半导体产业链企业、园区、创投资源者优先。 5.产业学习能力强、逻辑清晰、擅长高端科创客户商务对接。
