## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质 2 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通 3 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护 4 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年寿险渠道专员工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作、跨界视野、规划策划、逻辑推理、动手实战、创新变革、商敏直觉的能力。
- 具备责任担当、专注聚焦、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、气量格局、主动挑战、危机意识、魄力决断的性格。
