## Job description

岗位职责 搭建好伙伴2B以及B2C内容运营体系，赋能平台商户成长
- 建立平台商家及网点学习成长及内容运营体系，结合商户及用户需求，围绕业务目标制定内容策略，提升商户活跃、内容使用及用户触达；
- 围绕汽车服务、保险、生活服务等业务场景，策划文章、课程、案例、视频等内容，为合作商户提供经营及业务赋能；
- 负责平台重点功能、营销活动及业务项目的内容策划与运营推广，推动机构、商户参与，提升功能使用、活动覆盖和业务承接效果；
- 负责站内通道及站外官方微信号、视频号运营，合理分配通道资源，优化内容分发机制，提升触达效果；
- 结合运营数据持续优化内容及运营策略，并探索AI等工具提升内容生产和运营效率。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上B端内容运营、平台运营或商户运营相关经验；
- 有较强的数据分析和组织协作能力，有独立推进项目完整的经验或者优秀项目案例；
- 具备较强的内容策划、文字表达及业务理解能力，逻辑思维清晰，具备创新意识； 5、具备良好的团队合作精神，具有较强的抗压能力、学习能力、责任心，会主动思考和探索问题； 6、了解车服务商户需求或者有汽车后市场、保险、本地生活等相关从业经验优先； 7、熟悉AI内容生产及相关工具，并有实际应用经验者优先。
