## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发和维护保险销售渠道;
- 制定并执行渠道销售策略;
- 培训和支持渠道合作伙伴;
- 监控渠道销售表现并优化策略;
- 协调公司资源以支持渠道销售 任职资格
- 熟悉保险行业及渠道销售相关知识;
- 具备3年以上渠道管理或销售经验;
- 具备良好的沟通能力;
- 持有保险从业资格证书优先;
