## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司线上代理人团队的招募、维护及管理；
- 负责公司线上代理人平台（随身易）的日常运营，包括但不限于日常业务分析及追踪，营销活动的定制、宣导、兑现和推动，以及平台信息维护；
- 协助随身易代理人契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪；
- 负责开展健康险产品及业务员展业技能的培训工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历优先，要求具备领悟融会、沟通协作、动手实战、创新变革的能力；
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力、专注聚焦的性格；
- 有保险销售支持、销售推动工作经验者优先；
- 有线上社区运营经验，线上媒体有粉丝者优先。
