## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织本地零售市场业务开拓及客户管理工作，积极推广我行金融产品，完成分行下达的零售经营任务，提升我行零售市场占有率；
- 开展卓有成效的基层零售团队管理，营造积极进取、团结协作、公平公正的良好氛围，带领团队健康成长；
- 积极执行各项业务创新规划，按照总分行的业务发展取向和考核政策开展新业务试点，实现基层经营单位零售业务的可持续发展；
- 完成分行及条线分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有8年以上银行零售从业经验，其中3年及以上基层管理经验，熟悉支行运营中常见的金融法规政策和操作流程；
- 具备较强的决策判断能力、经营管理能力、沟通协调能力和风险防范能力，以及处理复杂问题和应对突发事件的能力；
- 熟悉本地零售市场，对零售业务管理有深刻的理解和较强的零售营销技巧，具有良好的亲和力和沟通能力；
- 遵纪守法、品行端正，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
